Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Fees:

  • If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us as soon as possible.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours but more than 24 hours prior to the appointment: You will be charged 50% of the total fee.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours prior to the appointment: You will be charged 100% of the total fee.

 

No Show Policy

  • If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment and have not notified us, 100% of the fee will be forfeited.

 

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or compensation if services provided are not delivered with due care and skill, or if they do not meet the specified purpose.

 

Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is required at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made.

  • We accept debit, Visa, and MasterCard.
